“I used to order from Ackermann for several years. I ordered first from the catalog, then the digital platform was created. However, I have noticed over the last few years that I didn't always receive exactly what I ordered. I remember one time when I ordered 6 different items. When I received my order 2 out of 6 were wrong. Indeed, I had ordered 2 blue t-shirts and I received one white and one black. I thus claimed with like evidence various photographs. The customer service was flexible and sent me back the articles in question, but this time in the wrong size. Since I had expressly ordered these clothes for a wedding, I quickly became discouraged and went to buy other things in the store. I never received a refund.
