“Only ordered from this shop once and probably for the last time. Bauhaus online shops are fraudsters! About 5 weeks ago I chose bathroom furniture and decided to order it. I ordered 5 items and paid immediately online. Of the 6 items I ordered, only 5 were delivered and they wanted to refund the money for the item that was not delivered! I have been waiting for the refund for almost 4 weeks, unfortunately in vain. On the phone you are only put off and put off! I have called customer service hundred times already and still waiting for the refund. So, do yourself a favor and keep your hands off the Bauhaus online shop!”
