A historic red grape from South Tyrol, Lagrein is characterized by a good body and a marked freshness , which make it very similar to other Nordic reds such as Schiava and Marzemino. Due to its versatility we often find it vinified also in rosé, where it seems to be particularly at ease, giving itself a lighter version but of great elegance that makes it refined and can also be combined with some seafood dishes. Lageder gives it a didactic and masterful expression, with a vinification in contact with the lees for 4 months, which will allow you to extract all the aromatic substances typical of this grape, for a product that comes out of the cellar immediately, ready and enjoyable even within two years of bottling, a splendid and consistent interpreter of this multifaceted vine with a thousand resources .
