“Love this shop!! Blue Heaven is undoubtedly a well known beauty brand in almost every local shop in India. But the fact it, I didn't even know it had an online store! Used to buy Blue Heaven kajal, liner, and mascara as a basic trio whenever I enter any beauty store once in a while. But sometimes the local ones aren't always of the best quality. After the Covid lockdown, I found the online store and ordered my basic trio. Prices were even more cheaper than in retail! Delivery was a bit late (might have been due to Covid restrictions). Had to call the customer support to know what's up with the delivery. Customer service was simply great. Very polite and helpful in tracking my order. No delays. Called back in just an hour to inform me about the whereabouts of the order. Products arrived just as awesome as they usually are! Definitely recommend ordering from the online store than the local stores.”
