“I ordered a battery for my friend's drone from conrad.de. The delivery took about a week, which I think is quite a lot compared to other online shops. In addition, the battery did not work. So I have to send it back. Approx. two weeks later I ordered another battery from conrad. On the packaging you could see that the battery had already been unpacked. Then the surprise: the battery did not work again. I'm pretty sure that I received the same defective battery that I had already sent back.”
