“I had bought a dress for my girlfriend from the koovs site. my girlfriend did not like that dress so I returned the dress. After around 5 days they did not give me refund also not responded my calls. It’s really impossible t get in touch with anyone via their customer care numbers. There is no one address your issue and they just pocket the money without giving refund. Transaction not get tracked also not all transaction are confirmed. Response time to missing claim is also very poor so now I have done shopping with koovs. ”
