The "Pferschy-Seper" winery in Mödling is one of the oldest businesses in the thermal region. According to the family chronicle, the winery has existed since 1718. Birgit Pferschy-Seper has been running the family business in Mödling since 2004. The family winery in the 7th generation is one of the young, up-and-coming top companies in the Eisenberg region. Organic farming, "hands-off" winemaking and long maturity are the cornerstones of the company philosophy - love of life and down-to-earth attitude are the secret of success.
The winery was first mentioned in 1641 and is currently run by Simon Kemetner in the 12th generation. Organic work has been going on since 2008 and the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
