“Back in October of this year I bought a Thomson WHP 323 D PLL Over-ear, bluetooth headphones. I was looking for headphones to listen to my TV shows while my wife could read and don't get bothered by the noice of the TV. After a long search I found out that they offered the best price/quality relation. A day later I received an email confirming that the headphones had been sent to me. I received the headphones 2 days later. That was all great so far. Also, after installing the headphones which was pretty easy, I startet to listen TV with the headphones. The quality was ok. However the issue was that my wife could hear the noise from the headphones. But we could still manage that until the day arrived when the headphones didn't work any more properly. That was less than a month later. I could hear only a bit of the sound of the TV but there was a loud "peep" that made the sound unhearable. I wrote to microspot to complain. The good thing is that they sent me return label inmediately without asking questions. The problem was that I had already thrown away the original package. I wrote that to them and they wrote me back that I could send back the headphones without package. That's what I did and I received my money back within 5 days. It's a pitty the headphones didn't work well and I think microspots knows the product has bugs but I was really happy that I could get my money back with a flawless process.”

“I recently bought a mobile phone via the Onlinshop of Microspot and so far everything went well. Unfortunately, the phone had a small defect and I tried to contact the customer support of microspot. After a week without an answer, I simply sent the phone in and got it repaired (thankfully). However, I have still not received an answer to my various support enquiries via email. I would recommend microspot for the purchase, as they offer good prices and the online purchase runs smoothly. I still see room for improvement in customer support.”
