“I ordered some perfumes to give as a gift to my friends, the website was not working well and made it little hard to place the order but finally I did, the customer service was not reachable as the order was delayed from the normal schedule. Anyhow, the products were delivered late but the packing was extremely good which covers all the experience so I was able to give these perfumes to my friends and they were really happy with the gifts. So this covered the overall experience. I will order again to see if they improved their services or not.”
