“A good friend of mine in Panama became grandfather last Wednesday. I looked in gala10 for a shop in Panama that was specialised on kids and I found this shop. They have good brands so I ordered some bodies for the new born. I chose delivery with ASAP which I didn't know but you can track where your order is. On thursday somebody from poppys wrote me via WhatsApp that they didn't have a size that I had chosen. Fortunately the size I had chosen was the wrong one, so I was able to order the right size. That was luck. But I was impressed that they contacted me via WhatsApp so we sorted it out immediately. And then on Friday the delivery guy from ASAP wrote me via WhatsApp to ask me more details about the delivery address. I gave him the tower Number. He called me promptly to tell me that he would live the gift with the concierge since they don't allow delivery people to go upstairs. And 10 minutes later my friend wrote me that he had received the gift. He was really happy. I was amazed that everything had worked so fast!”
