Our faucet and the shower system was out of order and we could not use it for days. It is so convenient, you can choose the specialist from the dropdown menu where they have the photos for you to know who is going to visit your house to fix something. They contacted me one hour in advance to make sure I am home and the time of visit is fine for me and came on time, fixed all the faucet related issues, the specialist was polite, unlike many plumbers in Armenia. The price for the service was fair enough, no overcharging, I even tipped as I was pleased with the work and result. ”
