“I don't understand how this company is still surviving with its low-priced products. My mom asked me to order a set of the handkerchief which she found on shopclues. Price was unbelievably lower so I also couldn't resist. Delivery was on time but what they sent was smaller than what they mentioned on their website. I applied for a return and they refunded my amount the same day but no one came to pick up the return even after a month so we got the product for free. Maybe it was their policy or mistake but free products do not justify poor service. They need some proper customer care service and attention to their customer's requirements. ”
