“ I ordered a battery operated chain saw trimmer. When I received it the product was missing the battery, an obviously essential piece. I emailed customer support and got an automated response telling me I could either return the product at my expense or accept a 10% refund because returning the product would take a very long time, be expensive and probably get lost in shipping. I responded nicely asking if they could just send me a battery and got the exact same response so it is obviously an automated response. No information about how to either return it or get the 10% refund. very very poor company and they are obviously not interested in repeat business. Be very safe, do not do business with them. ”

“TRIED TO CANCEL AN ORDER WITHIN THE ALOTTED 24 HOURS AND THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT. HAVE EMAILED BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM 10 TIMES AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL AND THEY JUST KEEP SAYING THEY WILL SHIP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS YOU CAN CONTACT THEM BY PHONE BUT THERE IS NO PHONE # LISTED ON THEIR SITE. ALSO I FOUND, WHEN I STARTED CHECKING, THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE ITEM FROM WALMART FOR HALF THE PRICE. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS OUTFIT AGAIN.”
