The Cuvée Théo is dedicated to the legendary Théo Faller, who during the 20th century became one of the great promoters of the success of Alsace wine. It is the straightest and most immediate riesling of Domaine Weinbach, a historic cellar built by the Capuchins in 1612 and which remains one of the most important in Alsace. The vineyard, which covers 28 hectares on the granite, limestone and marl soils of the Kaysersberg valley, is biodynamic. The style of the Domaine works on fruit and concentration, but also on cleanliness and elegance. Matured in old oak barrels and vinified with only indigenous yeasts, the Riesling Cuvée Théo offers a delicious bouquet of white flowers on a citrus background.
