Mombasa club gin is a premium gin from London. It is distilled 4 times in small quantities. Over 50 recipes have been tested and disapproved until they find the perfect recipe.

Mombasa gin has a rich history. This gin was made for the Imperial British East Africa Company in Mombasa, present day Kenya. The Mombasa club is a legendary social club in Kenya which offered this gin especially for members. For the Mombasa club gin we use a recipe from 1888.

The Brut Majeur is the best ambassador of Ayala style. This champagne is based on freshness and elegance with a very low dosage and an aging of 3 years in the cellar. Its color is light gold, the effervescence is fine and abundant. The nose is open and expressive with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers, fresh fruit with juicy flesh. On the palate, the Brut Majeur is balanced. It combines both freshness and vinosity. The finish is precise and fruity over a good length.
