Woodnotes is an internationally renowned Finnish design company that produces interior design products inspired by the natural beauty of paper string for homes and public spaces. The company was founded by textile artist Ritva Puotila and her son Mikko Puotila in 1987.

Woodnotes combines artistic creativity inspired by barren Finnish nature with advanced technology, utilizing Finnish basic raw materials, wood and paper. Woodnotes was the first company in the world to start using paper rope in consumer textiles in a modern way.

The hinged door cabinet brings stylish and practical storage space to the String shelving system. The cabinet is suitable for String System series panels with a depth of 30 cm. There is one removable shelf inside the cabinet, and the door can be attached to either side.

The String® Pocket got its name from its small and practical size. The String Pocket consists of three freely movable shelves and two wall-mounted side panels. The pocket shelf is available in a number of different colors and is suitable for a wide range of spaces and countless uses.
