“I always get a normal and uneventful attention at Yoytec’s physical store, but when I bought something online it didn’t turn out so well. I bought a desktop computer from them and I was supposed to receive it on a specific day, but I didn’t. They didn’t communicate to explain why they didn’t send it to me. I had to go to the store myself and get it. The computer turned out to be damaged and I had to return it. This was 4 years ago, so I expect that now that the world is turning into a massive home office, they provide a better service. Maybe that wasn’t my lucky day.
I do have to say that they sell a good variety of electronics at good prices, and they have thorough and detailed specs for their products.”
