“I ordered a Purina Dog Chow for my our new puppy, however I ordered a wrong size (14kg!). I sent an email to zooplus asking them if I could return the package. They don't only accept to return of products but they even send DPD to pick it up to your house, that was an amazing service. I was already thinking about the headache that it would have been to send a 14kg package myself.....Will keep buying with them.”
